Indeed, Carey is still wearing the $10 million engagement ring that she got from her former fiancé — but now, it's on her right hand! "Mariah has no intention of giving her the ring back and James told her she can keep it," explained the source.

But friends said there are more, worrying signs that she is not over him. Said the insider, "Mariah is out partying and drinking and a lot of people around her are worried."

"She is starting to fall back into her old habits and is acting out right now," the source said.
